Role Overview

Configure and maintain enterprise identity platforms and directory services for secure, highly available authentication.

Support identity integration, platform stability, and secure authentication across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze platform performance telemetry and authentication logs to diagnose recurring structural anomalies.
  • Implement API integrations and automation scripts connecting business applications to centralized identity infrastructure.
  • Create technical documentation and platform runbooks for identity integration workflows.
  • Collaborate with development teams to test and validate secure identity protocols for large-scale enterprise solutions.
  • Validate identity platform upgrades and security patches in non-production environments before release.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in platform engineering, identity and access management, software development, systems administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or an equivalent certification is preferred.
