Senior Engineer - Electrical Systems

What You’ll Deliver
- You’ll propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives and electrical system enhancements
- You’ll develop and review technical specifications and standards for electrical assets (LV/MV systems, power distribution, control systems)
- You’ll ensure all maintenance strategies and plans are safe, risk-based, and regulatory compliant
- You’ll monitor the performance of electrical systems and ensure high reliability and availability of critical assets.
- You’ll identify causes of electrical failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
- You’ll perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major electrical faults and breakdowns
- You’ll ensure effective use of CMMS (Maximo) for maintenance planning, reporting, and asset data management
What You Bring
- You should be educated to a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Related. Acquired 6 months – 3 years of relevant experience and 3 – 5 years of overall experience
- You’ll have hands-on experience with Maximo CMMS or similar asset management systems.
- You’ll have good understanding of asset management and maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance).
- You'll have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in fault diagnosis and RCA.
