• What you’ll deliver
• You’ll manage the performance of your assigned F&B concession portfolio, supporting the delivery of sales, service standards and revenue outcomes across DXB and DWC. You will apply concessionaire engagement frameworks and performance expectations consistently, enabling effective day‑to‑day partner management and delivery against agreed targets.
• You’ll support performance management across F&B partners, using data and operational insight to identify risks and improvement opportunities, and ensuring agreed action plans are progressed, tracked and followed through in partnership with the Concession Revenue team and concessionaires.
• You’ll coordinate the delivery of initiatives impacting F&B commercial operations, working with internal stakeholders to progress agreed priorities, support commercial objectives and ensure alignment with policy, governance and operational requirements.
• You’ll maintain a good understanding of market, passenger and operator trends, applying these insights to support category initiatives, enhance service standards and improve overall portfolio performance.
• You’ll support future F&B commercial planning, providing operational input and performance insight into concession projects and portfolio initiatives to support effective execution and continuous improvement.
• What you bring
• + You should be educated to a bachelor’s degree level in a relevant field, such as F&B, Retail, Business, Management or Commerce, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Account Management, Revenue Management and Contract or Concession Management within a commercial environment such as airports, high-footfall retail, or large mall settings.
• You’ll have experience analysing sales, service and operational KPIs at store or portfolio level, with the ability to translate findings into clear actions and follow‑up activities with partners and stakeholders.
• You’ll have working experience in structured reporting and performance tracking, including the use of dashboards and reports to support reviews, operational follow‑up and day‑to‑day decision-making.
• You’ll possess a good understanding of F&B concession or retail performance drivers, including sales, footfall/passenger demand, location dynamics and service standards, with the ability to apply these insights to support performance improvements.
