We're hiring an Engineer, Collab Technology to keep Nscale's collaboration tools, including Slack, Teams, Zoom, AV, and the Atlassian suite, running smoothly day to day.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Workplace Technology, you'll execute provisioning and deprovisioning workflows, provide on-the-ground AV support, and coordinate with the outsourced workplace technology managed service provider (MSP).

You'll help colleagues adopt collaboration tools through documentation and training, while building your Atlassian administration skills to provide additional support for the team.

Administer collaboration tools day to day, including Slack, Teams, Zoom, and other collaboration and endpoint-adjacent applications.

Execute provisioning and deprovisioning workflows designed by the Team Lead, and flag gaps or edge cases as they arise.

Provide front-line AV support.

Coordinate day to day with the outsourced workplace technology MSP.

Contribute to documentation and training materials that help colleagues adopt collaboration tools across the company.

Build working knowledge of Jira and Confluence administration, taking on admin tasks to provide additional support for the Team Lead.

3-5 years of experience in workplace technology, IT support, or collaboration engineering.

Working proficiency with at least one major collaboration suite: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Slack.

Basic working knowledge of Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.

Some scripting or automation exposure. This is a build-and-maintain role, not a pure ticket-taking one.

Comfortable using AI tools day to day to work faster.

The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs. Nscale may offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and retirement plan participation.

Salary Range

$150,000 — $240,000 USD
