Bechtel has been involved over the last 80 years in some of the world’s busiest and most complex airport projects, including Greenfield and Brownfield developments. In the GCC, we have held significant roles on King Khalid, King Fahad, Dubai, Hamad, and Muscat international airports. As we consider the future of aviation globally and in the GCC, we are very enthusiastic about the future of aviation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are currently considering candidates with aviation, other transportation or complex public accessible building project experience to provide project management consultancy services (including technical, commercial and construction management) for a major infrastructure project in Riyadh should it be awarded to Bechtel. This posting serves as an expression of interest only.

In this role, you will report to the MEP Lead and be accountable for supervising and managing the work of the customer’s designers and contractors in the delivery of design for the airport terminal buildings electrical systems design including MV & LV power supplies, switchgear & motor control centers, power conditioning equipment, earthing & bonding systems, lightning protection systems, standby power systems, interior and exterior lighting and fire alarm & detection. You will prepare estimates, work plans, progress reports and assist with the tender, evaluation and award recommendations for the MEP contractor(s). You will coordinate and collaborate with other teams such as the Terminal Delivery teams, Stakeholder Management, Contracts & Procurement and Start-up/Commissioning as required through all stages of the Project life cycle. Your technical expertise and coordination will ensure outcomes meet customer.
