Senior EDI Analyst

Position summary

Duties and responsibilities

• Develop mapping specifications and create, maintain, and troubleshoot EDI maps and business processes.
• Configure and onboard trading partners and support integrations with existing partners using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Monitor daily transactions and communication processes and resolve issues proactively.
• Use EDI mapping and translation tools and cross-reference tables.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, and production deployments; collaborate with teams and trading partners to resolve issues.
• Document processes, configurations, and technical specifications.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and at least five years in EDI or a similar role.
• Participation in at least one full lifecycle Infor M3 ERP implementation.
• Experience supporting production EDI environments, onboarding partners, and creating and troubleshooting maps.
• Knowledge of translation and mapping tools, ANSI X12, XML, EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP, FTP, and HTTPS.
• Relational database experience, including SQL and Oracle.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred qualifications

• Preferred Microsoft .NET experience, including C#, .NET Framework or .NET 6+, MVC, and ASP.NET Web API.
• Preferred REST and SOAP services, JSON, XML, XSLT, SQL Server, T-SQL, IIS, Entity Framework, and Visual Studio.
• Preferred Azure DevOps or similar source control and CI/CD tools, Windows Services, and scheduled jobs.
• Preferred enterprise EDI APIs and integrations with ERP, business applications, and third-party platforms.
• Preferred production .NET, IIS, SQL Server, EDI troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance improvement experience.
• Preferred OAuth, API keys, SSL/TLS, certificate management, MSMQ, background services, and Infor M3 EDI experience.
