Position Summary

Individual-contributor Customer Dedicated Business Analyst performing analytics and statistical modeling on existing data for products and processes.

Identifies opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and automation, and collaborates with business and IT teams on regular and ad hoc projects.

Essential Job Duties

  • Build and maintain advanced Excel reports using pivot tables, Power Query, dynamic arrays, and complex formulas.
  • Develop and maintain VBA/macros for process automation.
  • Collaborate on Power BI dashboards, interpret DAX measures, and apply data visualization best practices.
  • Analyze data for trends and actionable insights to support decisions.
  • Manage shared data in OneDrive and SharePoint.
  • Explain complex findings to non-technical colleagues and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

  • Power BI knowledge, including DAX and visualization best practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, dynamic arrays, and complex formulas.
  • Proven VBA/macro development expertise for automation.
  • Power Automate and Power Apps skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills; able to explain insights to non-technical audiences and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer operations or related experience and 2–3 years in a similar role are preferred.
  • Smartsheet experience; general knowledge of Python, R, or APIs; Excel Expert or Power BI/Power Platform certifications; and familiarity with Microsoft Teams are preferred.
