This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.
Senior EA & Business Development Associate
, you will act as a trusted extension of Marisa Peer and John Davy-ensuring they remain organised, protected, and able to operate at speed while also supporting growth initiatives, partnerships, events, and commercial opportunities.
Alongside executive support responsibilities, you will help coordinate high-level relationships across Dubai business communities, PR networks, government organisations, media opportunities, and licensing conversations.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone commercially aware, highly organised, socially confident, and energised by proximity to founders building at scale.
• Executive & Founder Support
- Provide full executive support across diary management, communications, travel, and priorities
- Manage complex schedules across multiple time zones and fast-moving commitments
- Coordinate detailed travel plans, itineraries, and logistics
- Support day-to-day founder operations and ensure smooth execution across priorities
• Events, PR & External Relationships
- Plan and coordinate live events in Dubai and internationally
- Liaise with PR agencies and manage speaking, media, and networking opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships across Dubai business and government communities
- Support introductions, partnerships, and strategic relationship management
• Business Development & Commercial Support
- Support licensing conversations for the Marisa Peer and RTT brands
- Assist with progressing commercial opportunities and partnerships
- Provide operational and relationship support across founder-led business initiatives
• AI & Content Support
- Stay current with AI tools and integrate them into workflows where appropriate
- Attend social and business events alongside the founders when required
- Capture short-form content on iPhone and support basic social media editing and posting
& Experience
- Minimum 5 years living and working within Dubai
- Strong understanding of Dubai business culture, networks, and relationship dynamics
- Proven experience supporting founders, executives, or high-level entrepreneurs
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware and comfortable supporting business opportunities
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable using AI tools and interested in emerging technology
- Able to maintain professionalism, discretion, and composure under pressure
