Key Responsibilities (Mandatory)
- Manage
- multi‑rig drilling operations

- Oversee
- drilling programme execution
- in line with technical standards and well designs
- Monitor
- rig performance, well progress, and operational efficiency
- Ensure strict
- HSE compliance and regulatory adherence
- Lead
- drilling planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Control
- drilling budgets and optimise costs
- Track
- KPIs, drilling metrics, and performance reporting
- Manage
- contractors and service companies
- Lead and develop
- drilling teams and engineers
Key & Mandatory Skills
- Strong
- drilling operations & engineering expertise
- (well design, rig operations)
- Solid knowledge of
- well control and risk management
- Proven ability in
- operational performance improvement
- (efficiency, downtime reduction)
- Experience in
- contractor & stakeholder management
- Strong
- decision‑making in complex drilling environments
- Strong focus on
- HSE and regulatory compliance
Minimum Requirements
- **15+ years’ experience**
- in drilling operations (onshore/offshore)
- **7+ years in senior drilling leadership roles**
- Experience managing
- large‑scale drilling campaigns
- Bachelor’s Degree in
- Engineering or related field
