Senior Draftsman - EPC

Overview

• The Senior Draftsman Civil and MEP will be responsible for preparing detailed engineering drawings and coordinating all drafting activities related to civil architectural mechanical electrical plumbing and fire protection systems.
• The role requires close coordination with engineers project managers consultants and site teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of drawings and documentation.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings as built drawings and construction drawings for civil architectural and MEP works.
• Develop and revise layouts plans elevations sections and detailed engineering drawings based on project requirements.
• Coordinate civil and MEP drawings to identify and eliminate clashes before construction.
• Prepare material submittal drawings and authority submission drawings where required.
• Review consultant comments and incorporate revisions into approved drawings.
• Assist engineers in preparing technical drawings calculations and project documentation.
• Maintain drawing registers and ensure proper document control procedures are followed.
• Conduct site visits when required to verify dimensions and existing conditions.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure drawings reflect current site conditions and approved changes.
• Prepare as built documentation and handover drawing packages upon project completion.
• Ensure all drawings comply with applicable standards codes and project specifications.
• Support tendering and estimation teams with quantity take offs and preliminary drawings when required.
