Senior Document Controller joining a site-based construction supervision team on a major public realm development in Diriyah.
The development includes parks, open spaces, and more than 55 kilometers of streetscape.
Document control duties
- Establish and maintain filing systems, schedules, and records; file correspondence, reports, and bulletins and log records.
- Process contractor submittals and RFIs, review submittals for contract compliance, and log responses.
- Assist with technical and administrative review of construction documents, design intent, RFIs, submittal comparisons, and project coordination.
- Create clear file structures and controls for communication and workflow protocols.
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of related work experience, including at least 3 years in document control, or equivalent formal education and work experience.
- Knowledge of document-control processes, electronic document management systems, and corporate document-management procedures.
- Ability to perform in a lead capacity; strong written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry practices, company procedures, database concepts, and project software; ability to train others in its use.
- Relevant document-control experience on similar projects, organizational skills, and EDMS knowledge.
Preferred qualifications
- Aconex experience is preferred.
- EMC and/or ARMA membership or certification is preferred.
