  • Performs all standard Document Controller tasks, with the addition of the responsibilities below.
  • Leads the Project Document Control team (including Document Controllers and GID) on large projects, providing direction, onboarding, and training in line with standardised Information Management Document Control procedures.
  • Delegates Document Control tasks to the project Document Control team as required.
  • Conducts joint reviews of Project Client Information Standards/Requirements with the Lead Information Manager, Information Coordinators, and BIM Coordinators.
  • Supports the Lead Information Manager and Information Coordinators in developing standardised procedures and ensuring compliance across all project members.
