Provides hands-on expert support and advice to improve business performance and enterprise value through financial, operational, and commercial insights.
Client work
- Identify business and organizational challenges, growth objectives, tailored solutions, and opportunities to create, protect, and recover value.
- Deliver restructuring, turnaround, and transformation programs, including debt restructuring and lender discussions.
- Implement performance improvements across cost, organization, supply chain, growth, cash and working capital, manufacturing, PMI, carve-outs, and process redesign.
- Manage complex projects and stakeholders, develop business plans and restructuring options, and build teams and propositions.
- Travel and work outside normal business hours as project needs arise.
Candidate requirements
- Master’s degree and/or MBA, or evidence of a strong academic record; Business, Finance, or Engineering degree is preferred but not essential.
- Extensive relevant consulting/advisory and industry experience, including experience at a Big Four firm, boutique consultancy, or strategy house.
- Financial and operational restructuring/transformation experience, or delivery of turnaround and restructuring programs across markets and industries.
- Experience managing complex projects and stakeholders, leading debt restructuring and lender discussions, and delivering large-scale transformation.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, financial literacy and modeling, relationship management, and executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages, including Arabic, are advantageous.
- Interim-role experience is advantageous.
