The Senior Director - Commercial at Qiddiya Investment Company will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our commercial strategies for landmark projects within the entertainment and leisure industry.
This leadership position demands a forward-thinking professional who can navigate complex commercial landscapes, ensuring that all initiatives align with the company’s vision and deliver tangible outcomes.
In this role, you will spearhead commercial operations, focusing on maximizing value, mitigating risks, and leading contract negotiations.
You will work closely with diverse teams to foster collaboration, drive performance, and optimize the management of contracts from inception through delivery.
Your ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and guide your team through challenges will be key to maintaining Qiddiya’s standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement commercial strategies aligned with company objectives for major projects.
- Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure favorable commercial terms.
- Oversee contract management processes, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth.
- Foster relationships with external partners to facilitate collaboration and enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor and develop the commercial team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
- **Requirements** **Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in commercial management or contract negotiation within the construction, real estate sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and contracts.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
- Proficiency in commercial management tools and software.
