- We are building a modern AI-first digital banking platform with a strong engineering culture, cloud-native architecture, and high operational standards.
- We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help scale and automate our infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability stack, and cloud platform capabilities.
- This role requires strong hands-on infrastructure engineering experience, deep cloud knowledge, automation mindset, and operational ownership.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for modern software delivery
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code
- Improve platform reliability, security, scalability, and monitoring
- Support engineering teams with deployment automation and developer tooling
- Implement observability, logging, alerting, and incident management processes
- Optimize infrastructure performance and cloud cost efficiency
- Manage secrets, access control, and platform security standards
- Drive platform standardization and operational excellence
- Participate in troubleshooting production issues and root cause analysis
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated environments.
- 5+ years of DevOps / Platform Engineering experience
- Experience with Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, and cloud databases.
- Experience with Open Telemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and tooling.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform.
