General Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join a fast-paced technology environment in Abu Dhabi supporting large-scale AI platforms and cloud-native systems.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in DevOps automation, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, and CI/CD engineering. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enabling high-availability systems, accelerating AI product delivery, and improving infrastructure scalability, reliability, and security across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Manage and optimize cloud and on-premise infrastructure environments.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and Ansible.
• Deploy, manage, and support containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting solutions for production systems.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and compliance across environments.
• Support both production and development infrastructure with a strong focus on uptime and performance.
• Collaborate closely with software engineering, AI, platform, and infrastructure teams to streamline delivery pipelines.
• Automate operational processes and improve deployment efficiency across multiple environments.
• Support high-availability and mission-critical systems within large-scale cloud infrastructure environments.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a DevOps Engineer in enterprise or large-scale cloud environments.
• Hands-on expertise with:
• Kubernetes
• Docker
• Terraform
• Jenkins
• Ansible
• Git
• Strong experience managing AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and/or Bash.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and system reliability engineering.
• Experience supporting high-availability and distributed systems.
• Ability to work in fast-paced engineering and AI-driven environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting AI/ML environments or AI product delivery platforms.
• Exposure to observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and cloud security standards.
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of scalable architecture patterns and enterprise platform engineering practices.
