Job Overview
CEC-AWB Qatar is seeking a highly skilled **Senior DevOps Engineer** to support infrastructure automation, cloud operations, and continuous integration and deployment initiatives.
This role is ideal for a technology professional with strong expertise in DevOps practices, cloud platforms, and system reliability engineering.
The Senior DevOps Engineer will play a critical role in optimizing development workflows, enhancing infrastructure performance, and ensuring scalable and secure operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, and monitoring tools.
- Support system scalability, reliability, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve workflows.
- Implement security best practices and infrastructure compliance measures.
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Manage containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline operations.
- Maintain documentation and support operational improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in DevOps engineering or cloud infrastructure roles.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, cloud platforms, and automation frameworks.
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
