Senior Devops BackEnd Developer

Ninja Gaming is a fast-growing software development company based in Dubai, focused on building scalable and high-impact digital solutions across multiple industries.

We’re looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Backend Developer to join our development team.

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.

Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams.

Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Participate in architectural decisions and planning.

Proven expertise in Laravel framework (minimum 4 years), including experience with RESTful APIs, Eloquent ORM, middleware, queues, events, and service containers.

5+ years of hands-on backend development experience.

Expert-level knowledge in at least one backend language/framework (e.g., Laravel, Node.js, Django, Go, Java/Spring Boot).

Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.

Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Knowledge of caching, message queues (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ), and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
