- About The Project: Our client is a leading Real Estate Development company developing an exclusive branded residences project on in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
- This prestigious development represents the pinnacle of luxury waterfront living, combining world-class hospitality standards with high-end residential excellence.
- What you’ll do:
- Manage the full development lifecycle: feasibility, design, approvals, and pre-construction
- Coordinate consultants (architects, engineers, PMs) and liaise with Dubai authorities
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and feasibility
- Support brand positioning, sales strategy, and company setup as the business grows
- What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years in real estate development / construction / project management
- Strong knowledge of Dubai regulations and approval processes
- Background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- Independent, entrepreneurial “builder” mindset
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
