QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field .
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with proven experience in enterprise applications.
- Strong expertise in backend or frontend development , with good understanding of full-stack technologies.
- Strong experience in API development, databases, and system integration .
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and development frameworks .
- Strong knowledge of software design principles, coding standards, security, and performance optimization .
- Experience with unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and technical documentation .
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting production releases and resolving critical application issues .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in Banking, FinTech, or Payment environments is preferred.
