Role overview

What you’ll do

• Lead technical delivery of software projects from design through production.
• Architect, build, test, and deliver complex software using an AI-first development approach.
• Work with business analysts and users to translate requirements and ambiguous problems into technical solutions.
• Own architecture, application design, and integration decisions across systems.
• Set and maintain standards for code quality, testing, reviews, and technical delivery.
• Mentor junior developers in AI-native delivery and break ambiguous business problems into technical solutions.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven production software delivery across the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring developers.
• Proficiency using AI-enabled development tools, such as Kiro.
• Strong development fundamentals across multiple languages and frameworks.
• Architecture, integration, cross-system design, and AI-generated output evaluation skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor without formal authority.

Compensation

• Typical hiring range is $95,000–$105,000 annually, with a bonus plan; base pay depends on market location and job-related qualifications.

Workplace

• Hybrid work environment with four days per week in the Vancouver office.
