Requirements

  • Significant experience as a designer within an agency, in-house creative team or similarly fast-moving creative environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design craft and conceptual thinking.
  • Proven experience working with recognised B2C retail or consumer brands.
  • Experience designing across multiple channels, including social, digital, CRM, campaigns, print and physical or retail environments.
  • Strong social experience, with evidence in your portfolio that you understand social as a creative channel, not simply another format for campaign adaptation.
  • Excellent typography, layout, image-making and visual communication skills.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • An understanding of motion and moving-image design, and the ability to work effectively with motion specialists.
  • The ability to take a brief, interrogate it, develop ideas and take the chosen direction through to a highly polished execution.
  • Confidence working independently while also thriving as part of a wider creative team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain the thinking behind your work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain creative standards across multiple briefs and deliverables.
  • A genuine interest in brands, retail, design, social and contemporary culture.
