Overview
The Senior Design Manager Electrical will be responsible for leading the electrical design of hospitality and leisure assets, ensuring reliability, safety, and high-end guest experience.
This includes power distribution, lighting, ELV systems, and smart technologies.
Your Role
- Manage electrical design development from concept to IFC stage
- Oversee power systems, lighting design, and ELV integration (ICT, security, AV)
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes
- Coordinate with architects and MEP teams for seamless integration
- Drive innovative solutions in smart systems and energy efficiency
- Manage consultants and review design quality
- Support procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning phases
- About you
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 20+ years in electrical design, preferably in hospitality or mixed-use developments
- Expertise in lighting design and guest experience-driven solutions
- Knowledge of Saudi Electrical Code and international standards
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with BIM and smart building technologies
