About This Role

Overview

The **Senior Deals & Value Creation Partner** will lead the end‑to‑end structuring and execution of complex transactions (M&A, carve‑outs, JVs, and privatizations) while driving measurable value creation across the portfolio or business units.

You will act as the trusted advisor to senior management and investors, shaping deal thesis, commercial and operational value‑creation plans, and transaction execution.

Deal Origination & Structuring

  • Identify and develop strategic M&A, divestment, and partnership opportunities aligned with the organization’s growth strategy.
  • Lead commercial due diligence, sector analysis, and target screening; define deal thesis, valuation, and key commercial assumptions.
  • Structure transactions (equity / JV / asset deals, earn‑outs, and governance arrangements) to maximize value and mitigate risk.

Value‑Creation Planning & Execution

  • Design and lead pre‑ and post‑deal value‑creation programs across revenue growth, margin improvement, cost‑to‑serve optimization, and capital efficiency.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders (commercial, operations, finance, ESG) to define 100‑day and 1‑year value‑creation roadmaps and KPIs.
  • Monitor and track realized value, adjusting plans and interventions as needed to ensure targets are met.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as the lead relationship manager for senior executives, board members, and investors (including private equity, sovereign‑wealth‑linked entities, and family‑owned groups).
  • Present deal strategies, value‑creation plans, and results to C‑suite and board‑level audiences in a clear, quantitative, and action‑oriented manner.
  • Manage communication and expectations across sellers, buyers, joint‑venture partners, and regulatory stakeholders.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams (strategy, finance, operations, legal, HR, ESG) throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment between transaction design, integration / carve‑out plans, and longer‑term corporate strategy.
  • Contribute to governance and reporting frameworks for deal and value‑creation performance.

Knowledge & Market Positioning

  • Share deal and value‑creation insights across the organization and external stakeholders (investors, regulators, industry forums).
  • Stay abreast of regional and global trends in M&A, PE, and value‑creation best practices; apply them to the local and regional context.

Qualifications & Experience

  • **Education**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced finance / strategy qualification strongly preferred.
  • **Professional Background**
  • 12–18+ years of experience in **M&A, private‑equity value creation, corporate development, or strategy‑and‑transactions advisory**.
  • Proven track record leading or co‑leading complex transactions (buy‑side, sell‑side, or mixed‑mandates) with a clear focus on **executed deals and realized value**.
  • Experience working with or for private equity, sovereign‑wealth‑linked entities, or large conglomerates in the **GCC/Middle East region** is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong financial acumen: LBO / IRR modeling, valuation (DCF, comps, precedent transactions), and synergy quantification.
  • Deep understanding of commercial and operational levers (pricing, channel mix, procurement, supply chain, asset optimization).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders and boards.
  • Leadership of cross‑functional teams; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high‑profile projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage for Doha‑based roles.
  • Pay: QAR600.00 - QAR900.00 per hour
