Senior Data Analyst, GTM Operations

Role overview

What you'll do

• Own GTM and Finance analytics from question scoping through data retrieval across Snowflake, Stripe, Salesforce, and FinQore to recommendations leaders can act on.
• Lead strategic improvements across GTM and Finance, coordinating analysts, engineers, and business partners.
• Maintain dashboards, reports, and metric definitions as consistent sources of truth.
• Enable teams to use data and tooling independently; use AI and the semantic layer to accelerate analysis and improve efficiency.
• Mentor teammates, contribute to team standards, and bring business needs to the Data team to shape its analytics roadmap.

What you bring

• At least 5 years in data analytics or BI, with strong financial or GTM reporting experience.
• Experience owning complex, ambiguous analysis end to end and translating it into decisions.
• Strong SQL in Snowflake or an equivalent modern warehouse, and comfort with ThoughtSpot or an equivalent BI tool.
• Experience with Stripe, Salesforce, FinQore, or equivalent business platforms.
• Fluency in SaaS metrics including ARR, retention, and pipeline, connecting analysis to revenue, cost, and operating outcomes.
• Active use of AI in analytics and ability to assess where its output requires checking.
• Strong cross-functional influence and experience mentoring analysts on methods, SQL, or AI.

Additional advantages

• Experience building AI agents or enabling AI adoption is a plus.
• Restaurant or hospitality industry experience is a plus; interest in growing into people leadership is welcome.

Compensation

• Base compensation range is CAD $100,000 to CAD $150,000, with placement based on skills, knowledge, experience, and internal equity.
