Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid role requiring work on Eastern Standard Time.

Analytics and BI Delivery

  • Own end-to-end complex analytical initiatives and proactively surface trends, anomalies, opportunities, and risks.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis, interpretation, and recommendations to customers, executives, and internal stakeholders.
  • Design statistically valid A/B tests and communicate findings to Product and Marketing.
  • Own GA4 reporting, tracking validation, custom metrics, and warehouse integration.
  • Build and maintain Looker Explores, dashboards, and LookML for assigned domains.
  • Expand self-service analytics for nontechnical users and maintain dashboard accuracy as warehouse structures change.

Data Quality and AI Analytics

  • Own data-product accuracy and freshness; investigate root causes and partner with data teams on fixes.
  • Write performant SQL and collaborate on query optimization, cost efficiency, and derived-table design.
  • Work with analytics engineering on semantic-layer architecture and business-logic validation.
  • Use LLM and AI tools to automate insight narration, anomaly explanation, and dashboard annotation.
  • Build self-service natural-language analytics agents and validate their outputs.
  • Define AI-output quality standards, including accuracy validation and hallucination detection.

Leadership and Standards

  • Own SQL, LookML, documentation, and pull-request review standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior data analysts.
  • Build reusable SQL, LookML, analysis, and documentation assets.
  • Contribute to standards updates, governance policies, or best-practice guides.

Technical Experience

  • Require 5-7 years of total experience in analytics.
  • Require advanced SQL, Looker/LookML, GA4, A/B testing, statistical analysis, and practical AI-augmented analytics experience.
  • Require experience in stakeholder management, customer analytics, KPI development, and end-to-end project ownership.
  • Require mentoring, code review, and standards-enforcement experience.
  • Python, automation, Git, and code-review experience are preferred.

Pay and Benefits

  • The posting states an hourly rate of $115,000k-$145,000k DOE.
