TS Miami Integrated Services is seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Senior Customer Relations Manager to oversee customer engagement operations, client support initiatives, and service quality management across the organization.

This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, improving service delivery processes, and leading customer-focused operational initiatives in a fast-paced business environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening customer satisfaction, supporting operational efficiency, and maintaining long-term client partnerships.

We are looking for a proactive and organized leader with strong communication skills, customer service management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily customer relations and client support operations
  • Manage customer engagement activities and relationship management initiatives
  • Support service quality improvement and customer satisfaction programs
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal departments to maintain efficient service delivery standards
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve client experience
  • Prepare operational reports, customer insights, and performance updates for leadership
  • Support onboarding, coaching, and operational training activities for customer support teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and operational activities
  • Improve operational procedures related to customer support and engagement workflows
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal operational teams
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer experience and service delivery

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer relations, customer engagement, client services, account management, or customer support leadership
  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience managing customer-facing workflows and operational support activities
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Professional and customer-focused approach to operational leadership
  • Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and customer support platforms preferred
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service, or related field preferred
