Senior Customer/Program Manager [IT Services & Technology]

Overview

What You'Ll Be Doing

• :
• This is a senior, P&L-accountable delivery role — not a coordination position.
• You will lead high-value, high-risk technology programmes end to end, managing client relationships at the most senior levels and driving delivery excellence across large, cross-functional teams.
• Leading end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology programmes across the
• region
• Full P&L ownership — budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting to senior management
• Owning and managing upper-level client relationships at director and C-suite
• level
• Managing blended teams of internal staff and third-party vendors of up to 40
• people
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing enterprise accounts
• Navigating complex commercial and legal issues across large, multi-region engagements
• Acting as opportunity manager for high-risk deals and supporting pre-sales for large pursuits
• Mentoring and developing junior project team members

• Beyond industry, you will need
• :
• 7+ years of project or programme management experience within enterprise technol
• ogy services
• PMP Certification— mandatory
• Proven track record managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder technologyengagements
• Strong financial acumen with direct P&L accountability experience
• Exceptional client management skills — comfortable presenting and negotiating at C-suite level
• Experience managing third-party vendors and subcontractors within delivery programmes
• Degree-level education; advanced qualifications a bonus.
