Overview

We are looking for a freelancer to drive marketing monetisation alongside our Partnership Marketing and Business Development Director.

The role covers pricing the company's brand and media assets across online and offline channels, packaging that inventory into commercial offers, and then helping convert those offers into revenue.

The right person is equally comfortable building a rate card and sitting in a partner meeting to close the deal.

Responsibilities

  • Audit and catalogue all available brand, media, and partnership assets across digital and physical channels, including owned, earned and paid media such as in-app placements, OOH, ATL, BTL, community marketing, packaging, offline event sponsorships, and co-marketing inventory.
  • Develop pricing models and rate cards for these assets, including premium tiers and bundled packages.
  • Benchmark pricing against current market rates in Dubai
  • Competition benchmarking with activities, assets and pricing with other companies in the market
  • Build packaged commercial offers and sponsorship tiers that map to partner objectives
  • Accompany the Business Development Director to partner and client meetings, contributing to the pitch and the commercial conversation
  • Support active selling, including proposal development, pitch materials, follow-up, negotiation and contract through to close
  • Help identify and qualify new monetisation and partnership opportunities across the market
  • Provide hands-on support across the partnership marketing and business development function as priorities shift
  • Maintain clear documentation of pricing logic, asset inventory, pipeline, and deal rationale for internal reference

Requirements

  • Previous experience at an advertising or media agency in Dubai is essential.
  • Strong grasp of media valuation, rate cards, and sponsorship pricing across both digital and physical inventory.
  • A commercial and sales-oriented mindset, with a track record of turning assets and offers into closed revenue.
  • Working knowledge of the UAE media landscape and partner ecosystem
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and negotiation skills
