About the Role:
ClippingNext Creative Design and Image Processing LLC is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Creative Design Manager to lead design operations and creative output in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on managing design teams, overseeing digital and visual content production, and ensuring high-quality creative delivery for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership: Oversee design concepts, branding, and visual content across projects
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, deliverables, and creative workflows
  • Design Oversight: Ensure consistency in visual identity and brand standards
  • Client Collaboration: Work with clients and internal teams on creative direction
  • Innovation: Drive new ideas aligned with digital design and media trends
  • Team Leadership: Manage designers, editors, and production staff

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: Senior-level experience in creative design, digital media, or agency environment
  • Skills: Strong creative direction, leadership, and project management skills
  • Education: Degree in Design, Media, or related field
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital tools
  • Leadership: Ability to manage teams and multiple creative projects
