What this role actually is:
Senior Creative - Campaign Art Direction (m/f/d)
- you will be a central creative force behind our international campaigns across Medical and Fitness — two demanding, visually distinct segments, both requiring the kind of strategic depth and executional craft that only comes from real agency experience.
- This is not a production role.
- This is not a "make it beautiful" role.
- This is a thinking-and-making role, where concept and execution are inseparable and where the quality of the idea is just as accountable as the quality of the layout.
- You will join an international team at our
- office in Dubai, UAE
- and work closely with our Global Marketing and Creative teams at our headquarters in Hamburg, Germany inside our inhouse creative studio — structured and resourced like an agency, embedded in one of the most internationally active Health Tech companies in the world.
- Working closely with and under the creative direction of our Head of Creative, you will develop campaigns from brief to delivery across digital-first formats: landing pages, paid social, display, video, and interactive platforms.
- You bring the craft, the concept discipline, and the drive to see an idea through without needing someone to push it.
- What you do not bring is the ego of someone who needs to run the room.
- What you will be responsible for:
- Developing campaign concepts from strategic brief to final execution — under creative direction, but with genuine ownership of your work
- Executing the visual language of integrated campaigns across digital, social, and where relevant, linear formats including trade fair and print
- Creating and art directing digital experiences: landing pages, UI concepts, interactive campaign formats
- Maintaining creative quality across global rollouts adapted for up to 16 international markets and languages
- Collaborating directly with Marketing and Product Management, with the professionalism to represent the creative work clearly and confidently
- What you bring:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in advertising or brand communications, with a substantial part of that in an agency environment
- A portfolio that demonstrates both conceptual strength and executional mastery — campaigns you conceived and built, not just approved
- Deep expertise in Figma and Adobe CC; you work in the tools, not around them
- Proven experience in digital campaign production: landing pages, paid social, motion graphics
- Experience in Medical, Health Tech, or Fitness marketing is a significant advantage — you understand that this audience demands precision, not flair for its own sake
- Fluent English, written and spoken — our campaigns are global, our briefs are often in English, and your presentations will be too
- Linear advertising experience (TV, OOH, AV) is a bonus, not a barrier
- The maturity to thrive within a defined creative direction while still bringing your own strong point of view to every brief
