Product Data Manager (Jr.) (m/f/d)
- for our
- office in Dubai, UAE.
- In this role, you will support the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of product master data across our ERP and PIM/MDM systems.
- You will work closely with Product Management and other internal stakeholders to ensure that product information is accurate, complete, and available on time for product launches and commercial activities.
- Your responsibilities:
- Enter, maintain, and update product master data in ERP and PIM/MDM systems according to defined standards
- Create and process product data workflows, ensuring correct classifications, descriptions, attributes, and product structures
- Support data cleansing, enrichment, and correction activities to improve data quality and completeness
- Run and monitor routine data quality checks, reports, and workflow statuses
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and internal stakeholders to clarify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent product information
- Ensure timely and accurate data availability for product launches, commercial activities, and internal processes
- Document recurring procedures and support the improvement of repetitive data maintenance tasks
- Escalate data issues where governance alignment, system clarification, or team lead input is required
- Your profile:
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in product data management, data entry, order management, ERP administration, or a similar operational role
- First experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP; experience with PIM or MDM systems is a plus
- High attention to detail and a structured, reliable, and accurate working style
- Basic understanding of product structures, classifications, attributes, or master data processes preferred
- Comfortable working with digital tools, databases, and recurring system-based workflows
- Proactive communicator with the confidence to clarify unclear inputs and escalate issues when needed
- Strong sense of ownership for data quality, accuracy, and timely task completion
