Overview
Hill International is expanding our team for an exciting Large-scale Mixed Use Development project and are looking to engage a highly skilled professional for the role of Senior Cost Engineer.
• Cash Flow Monitoring
- Strong coordination with Commercial team, Contracts team and Planning team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Construction Management
- Specialization or proven experience in Cost Control / Quantity Surveying
- Strong hands-on cost management experience may substitute for formal specialization
- PMP – Advantage
- Cost Control / Estimation Courses – Preferred
- Primavera P6 – Preferred
- Experience in infrastructure projects is highly preferred (roads, utilities, networks, earthworks)
- Experience in multi-package environments is a strong advantage
