- Estimate costs across all project phases.

- Conduct variance analysis and explain significant differences between actual and budgeted costs.
- Manage change orders and assess their impact on project budgets.
- Serve as a client contact for cost-related matters.
- Prepare financial reports covering project status, cost trends, and forecasts.
- Support internal and external audits with organised financial records.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Recommend improvements to cost control processes and stay current on industry best practices.
