An experienced Senior Recruiter will join the in-house HR team in Dubai and own recruitment across the growing Forex business.
The hands-on role focuses on attracting hard-to-find talent and partnering confidently with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own recruitment from sourcing through onboarding and partner with senior management and hiring managers on talent needs.
- Lead senior and specialist hiring; proactively headhunt passive candidates and build local and international Forex/Fintech pipelines.
- Conduct market mapping and targeted searches for confidential and hard-to-fill roles.
- Manage screening, interviews, assessments, references, and offer negotiations.
- Develop recruitment processes and best practices; support employer branding and talent attraction.
Requirements
- Mandatory: proven experience hiring senior-level Forex/Fintech talent.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience; in-house experience preferred.
- Recruitment experience in Forex, CFD, Fintech, Financial Services, Banking, or related sectors, with a record of closing senior and specialist positions.
- Strong headhunting, passive sourcing, and UAE/international Forex/Fintech networks.
- Strong stakeholder management, assessment, negotiation, relationship-building, commercial awareness, and proactive results orientation.
- Experience implementing recruitment policies/processes and hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/HRIS experience.
