We provide corporate support services, operational consulting, and business management solutions that help companies improve efficiency, strengthen internal processes, and achieve long-term organizational goals.

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Operations Manager who can lead large-scale operational initiatives while overseeing strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and organizational performance management.

You will manage complex business workflows, support operational transformation projects, and help build systems that improve productivity and service quality.

You are not simply managing operations; you are shaping the operational foundation that supports sustainable business success.

Corporate Operations Leadership

Oversee daily business operations including workflow coordination, service delivery management, operational planning, and organizational performance monitoring.

Strategic Planning

Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, strengthen internal processes, and support sustainable business growth across multiple departments.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor department managers, operational coordinators, and administrative teams.

Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.

Operational Improvement

Identify process improvement opportunities, optimize operational workflows, and support transformation initiatives that improve productivity and service quality.

Stakeholder Coordination

Collaborate with executive leadership, corporate clients, external partners, and internal departments to align operational goals and organizational priorities.

Performance Monitoring

Track operational KPIs, productivity metrics, and service performance indicators while supporting data-driven operational improvements.

Compliance and Risk Management

Maintain compliance with company policies, operational standards, and organizational procedures while supporting risk management and business continuity initiatives.

Experience

6+ years of experience in corporate operations, business management, operational consulting, or organizational leadership, including at least 1-2 years in a senior management role.

Leadership Skills

Strong experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating operational initiatives, and maintaining high standards of organizational performance and service delivery.

Business Knowledge

Deep understanding of operational management, process optimization, business planning, and organizational development strategies.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in operational reporting platforms, workflow management systems, CRM tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office applications.

Communication Skills

Excellent English communication skills are required for executive reporting, stakeholder coordination, and leadership collaboration.

Additional language skills are considered an advantage.

Mindset

You are analytical, organized, and proactive.

You understand how to balance operational efficiency, strategic priorities, and team performance while leading organizations in fast-moving business environments.

Pay: QAR16,000.00 - QAR22,000.00 per month
