Overview

Creative Concept Development

• Develop strong, original campaign ideas and creative concepts in response to creative briefs.
• Collaborate with designers and creative leadership to build integrated concepts across multiple channels.
• Contribute innovative thinking that elevates the overall creative quality and impact of the team’s output.
• Copywriting and Scriptwriting
• Write clear, compelling, and engaging copy across various formats including campaign headlines, taglines, brand messaging, and long-form scripts.
• Develop commercial and thematic scripts that translate strategic objectives into impactful storytelling.
• Adapt tone, style, and messaging for different audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Brand Voice and Communication Excellence

• Support the development and evolution of the brand’s tone of voice across campaigns and communication platforms.
• Ensure all written content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent, distinctive identity.
• Maintain high standards of writing quality across all creative deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of copywriting experience within an advertising agency or in-house creative team.
• Strong experience in campaign development, integrated campaigns, and scriptwriting.
• Portfolio showcasing creative concepts, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
