Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree, and minimum of 12 years of experience, including at least 5 years supporting DoW programs, OR 15 years of experience, including at least 8 years supporting DoW programs.
  • Technical Skills
  • PCO Prep
  • Contract Close Out
  • Financial Reconciliation / MOCS –
  • Review of documents from the program management staff
  • Mentoring and Training of Acquisition staff
  • Familiar with cloud-based systems, including management and projection of cost and performance
  • Familiar with agile methods and CI/CD, DevSecOps and DevOps principals
  • Comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies and practices of systems acquisition and program management, as defined in DoWI 5000.02 and 5000.75, as well as knowledge of roles and relationships within the DoW and the Air Force
  • Possess knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of acquisition programs
  • Possesses the ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation including but not limited to briefings, documents,and plans
  • Interpersonal Skills

  • Ability to develop and present briefings to senior leadership
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced acquisition environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Government and contractor teams
  • Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Level Clearance.
  • Schedule: M-F; 8-5
  • Work Location: onsite on Hanscom AFB

  • Salary Range $120,000 - $140,000
  • The salary range information is a general guideline only. Several factors can influence the salary for a position including but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, geographic location, business considerations, scope and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate’s qualifications such as relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications.
