We are looking for a Senior Content Strategy Manager who can take ownership of our content vision across multiple platforms.
You are not just managing articles, you are shaping content ecosystems that connect audience insight with business results.
You will lead a team of writers, editors, and SEO specialists while aligning content strategy with commercial objectives.
You are the voice of the audience in a room full of marketers, analysts, and executives, ensuring every piece of content delivers value and impact.

Content Strategy Ownership
Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across digital platforms including blogs, web content, and editorial publications.
Editorial Leadership
Lead and mentor content teams including writers, editors, and SEO specialists.
Ensure consistency in tone, quality, and brand voice.
SEO and Performance Optimization
Drive organic growth through keyword research, search intent mapping, and continuous content optimization based on performance data.
Content Planning and Execution
Manage content calendars, campaign planning, and multi channel distribution strategies aligned with business goals.
Data and Insights:
Analyze performance metrics and user behavior to refine content strategies and improve engagement and conversion rates.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align content initiatives with company objectives.
Experience
6 plus years in content strategy, digital publishing, or content marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Industry Knowledge
Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital media trends.
Leadership Skills
Proven ability to manage and develop high performing content teams.
Experience
with content management systems, SEO tools, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
Communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
Mindset
Strategic thinker with a data driven approach.
You balance creativity with performance and know how to scale content effectively.
Pay: QAR18,000.00 - QAR23,000.00 per month
