Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, paid ads, and website use.
• Develop strong creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, seasonal occasions, and gifting moments.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos, reels, stories, ads creatives, and product-focused content.
• Produce lifestyle content that shows real emotions, gifting moments, recipients, celebrations, and premium presentation.
• Create content that supports both brand awareness and sales performance.
• Plan content angles, hooks, scripts, scenes, transitions, and visual storytelling ideas.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to capture products, packaging, delivery moments, and customer experiences.
• Stay updated with social media trends and adapt them in a way that fits Flowery’s premium brand identity.
• Help improve Flowery’s visual direction, content style, and storytelling across all digital channels.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in professional content creation, videography, photography, or social media production.
• Strong ability to shoot and edit high-quality videos using a phone, camera, lighting, and editing tools.
• Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, reels, stories, and short-form video formats.
• Strong knowledge of hooks, pacing, storytelling, angles, lighting, composition, and editing.
• Ability to create content that is not only beautiful, but also designed to attract attention and drive action.
• Experience creating content for products, lifestyle brands, e-commerce, luxury, fashion, beauty, flowers, gifts, events, or similar categories.
• Ability to generate creative ideas independently without waiting for detailed instructions.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, branding, color, product presentation, and emotional storytelling.
• Ability to work fast during campaigns, launches, peak seasons, and same-day content needs.
• Arabic and English content skills are highly preferred.

Preferred Tools & Skills

• CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar editing/design tools.
• Experience creating paid ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or Google.
• Ability to write simple scripts, captions, hooks, and content ideas.
• Comfortable directing shoots, arranging products, and guiding people during content creation.
• Ability to appear on camera is a plus, but not required.
