Role overview

Senior individual contributor on the Risk & Compliance Implementation and Integration team, supporting customers and partners operating in and from the Middle East.

The market-facing role covers pre-sales and post-sales engagement, implementation, migration, go-live, and ongoing support.

The specialist owns complex integration discussions, influences solution design, identifies risks and opportunities, and represents the company with strategic customers and partners.

Reports to the Director of Implementation and Integration, EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex integrations involving Risk & Compliance products, APIs, data feeds, and workflows.
  • Guide solution design, implementation, migration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
  • Translate customer requirements into integration approaches and operational handovers.
  • Investigate complex technical and data issues and coordinate high-priority customer issue resolution.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, integration reviews, implementation meetings, and executive discussions.
  • Partner with Sales on proposals, commercially viable solutions, conversion, adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Support high-touch customers and create reusable integration patterns, troubleshooting guidance, documentation, and best practices.
  • Represent regional customer needs globally and mentor colleagues.

Experience and qualifications

  • Typically approximately 10 years of relevant experience in technical integration, solution consulting, implementation, professional services, technical account management, customer success engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience with enterprise customers and strategic partners, including leading technical engagements through production adoption.
  • Deep knowledge of Risk and Compliance and practical understanding of APIs, data feeds, integration patterns, data mapping, testing, authentication, error handling, and troubleshooting.
  • Able to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project coordination skills and experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Implementation teams in a global organization.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the Middle East.
