Senior Content Integration Specialist, Middle East

Role

What you will do

• Lead customer and partner integrations involving Risk & Compliance products, APIs, data feeds, and workflows.
• Guide solution design, implementation, migration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Translate customer needs into data mapping, API usage, workflow design, testing, monitoring, and operational handover.
• Investigate API, data feed, upload, data quality, and workflow issues; coordinate high-priority issue resolution.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, integration reviews, implementation meetings, and executive discussions.
• Work with Sales on viable integration solutions, proposals, conversion, adoption, retention, and customer value.
• Create reusable integration guidance and documentation; represent regional needs and mentor colleagues.

What you have

• Typically about 10 years of relevant experience in integration, solution consulting, implementation, professional services, technical account management, customer success engineering, or a related field.
• Track record working directly with enterprise customers and strategic partners, with deep Risk and Compliance domain knowledge.
• Experience leading customer-facing technical engagements from discovery through implementation and production adoption.
• Practical knowledge of APIs, data feeds, integration patterns, data mapping, testing, authentication, error handling, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong project coordination across customers, priorities, deadlines, and dependencies; experience working across global cross-functional teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the Middle East.
