Overall Requirement
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Executive Search and Contingent Recruitment.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of experience working on recruitment assignments for clients within the GCC region.
- Proven experience delivering mid to senior-level recruitment mandates.
- Strong track record of hiring across multiple sectors including:
- Technology
* Oil & Gas
- Construction
- Engineering
- Technical and Specialist Roles
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Strong sourcing, talent mapping, screening, and assessment capabilities.
- Experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment assignments including requirement analysis, talent mapping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with clients to understand business objectives, workforce requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels, market intelligence, and professional networks to identify and engage high-quality talent.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across key industry sectors.
- Manage candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent intelligence to clients.
- Maintain accurate candidate, client, and activity records within ATS and CRM systems.
- Monitor industry trends, talent market movements, and competitor activities to support strategic hiring decisions.
- Uphold AXO's quality standards, service excellence, and compliance requirements throughout the recruitment process.
