Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Offshore Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Performance Management to support ongoing analysis, enhancements, implementation activities, troubleshooting, and business support initiatives.
The consultant will work closely with business users, HR stakeholders, and the IT team to support and enhance Oracle HCM processes and related workflows.
Contract Duration
Initial contract period: 6 months - Renewable based on performance and business requirements
Working Hours
Sunday to Thursday - 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Qatar Time)
Key Responsibilities
1.Analyze business requirements related to Oracle HCM and Performance Management
2.Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HCM modules
3.Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Performance Management processes
4.Support workflow configurations, approvals, notifications, and related integrations
5.Coordinate with business users for requirement gathering, testing, and issue resolution
6.Prepare functional and technical documentation
7.Support UAT activities and deployment coordination
8.Provide recommendations for process improvements and automation
9.Work closely with technical teams for customization and reporting requirements
10.Ensure timely support and resolution of operational issues
11.Leverage AI tools and modern technologies to improve productivity, accelerate analysis, support code generation, and enhance delivery efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
1.Strong experience in Oracle HCM modules, particularly Performance Management
2.Good understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS / SSHR environment
3.
Experience
in Oracle workflows and approval processes
4.Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
5.
Experience
in issue analysis, testing, and production support
6.Good understanding of SQL and reporting concepts
7.Strong communication and coordination skills
8.
Experience
working in offshore support engagements

4.Oracle Reports and XML
5.Oracle Applications framework (OAF) Extension, personalization and customization
9.Oracle EBS API`s and Interfaces
10.Understand oracle EBS architecture and ERD
11.Webservices (SOA and JDeveloper) manage and develop integrations
12.Oracle ADF and JAVA (Preferred)
13.Java Script and CSS for Oracle ADF Design and web development. (Preferred)
14.Oracle IDEs and technologies same like APEX, ADF, SOA and JET (Preferred )
