Overview

  • SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant Neurosurgeon to join a reputable government healthcare facility.

  • Key Responsibilities:* Conduct thorough clinical evaluations to diagnose neurological conditions and develop appropriate surgical treatment plans.
  • Perform advanced neurosurgical procedures, adhering to protocols suited to a government healthcare setting.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior medical staff and surgical teams.
  • Manage comprehensive patient care, including pre-operative and post-operative management with an emphasis on optimizing outcomes.
  • Participate in government health programs, clinical audits, and contribute to research aimed at improving neurosurgical services.
  • Ensure compliance with government healthcare policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Medical degree with valid licensure to practice neurosurgery in a government healthcare setting.
  • Completion of accredited neurosurgical residency, with preference for candidates experienced in public sector healthcare.
  • Proven clinical experience as a neurosurgeon, ideally within government or public healthcare facilities.
  • Expertise in modern neurosurgical techniques and capability to perform complex surgeries.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
