- Key Responsibilities:* Diagnose and manage complex neurological disorders in a diverse patient population.
- Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating the latest medical advances.
- Lead and mentor junior neurologists and clinical staff within the department.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, coordinated patient care.
- Engage in clinical research and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts.
- Educate patients and their families about neurological conditions and treatment options.
- Participate in departmental planning, policy formation, and quality assurance activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of neurology advancements and integrate them into clinical practice.
Requirements
- Medical degree with board certification in Neurology.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Consultant Neurologist, preferably within the private healthcare sector.
- Strong clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating complex neurological conditions.
- Proven leadership and mentorship skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Experience in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Dedication to continuous professional development and adoption of best practices in neurology.
