Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management of complex gastrointestinal disorders.
- Perform advanced endoscopic and therapeutic procedures with precision and care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Lead and mentor junior medical staff and foster professional development.
- Collaborate effectively with other specialists and healthcare providers within the private sector.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in gastroenterology, applying evidence-based practices.
- Ensure compliance with private healthcare standards and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in Gastroenterology.
- Significant clinical experience in gastroenterology, preferably within the private healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in performing complex endoscopic procedures.
- Strong clinical decision-making abilities and patient management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and mentor junior staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary private healthcare team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
