Overview
A premier and rapidly expanding real estate advisory and development solutions firm in the UAE is seeking a high-caliber Senior Consultant / Advisor to join our Strategic Advisory practice in Dubai.
Serving as a trusted partner to institutional investors, top-tier developers, corporate occupiers, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, you will deliver data-driven strategic consulting.
This mandate focuses heavily on maximizing the financial performance (ROI) of real estate portfolios and optimizing both the commercial viability and technical efficiency of physical and digital assets across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory & Best Practices: Lead comprehensive highest-and-best-use (HBU) studies, market entry strategies, and feasibility analyses for complex, large-scale real estate developments utilizing structured global IPC methodologies.
- Commercial Asset & ROI Optimization: Develop robust financial models (via MS Excel, Argus, etc.) to project IRR, NPV, and ROI for cross-border and local transactions, joint ventures, and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).
- Technical Asset Integration: Assess physical lifecycles, mitigate risks, and integrate modern PropTech/Real Estate Management Systems (REMS) to reduce OpEx and drive long-term asset appreciation.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Bridge the gap between data builders and corporate executives, authoring institutional-grade Information Memorandums (IM) and leading high-value client pitches.
What We Are Looking For
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in a corporate strategic advisory role within a major International Property Consultant (IPC), tier-one management consultancy, or premier real estate developer.
- Solid background in specialized asset classes, development solutions, and capital markets.
- Advanced proficiency in complex financial modeling (DCF, NPV, IRR structures) and market intelligence analysis.
- Exceptional presentation and institutional-grade report-writing skills with the ability to confidently interface with C-level executives.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Civil Engineering, or a related commercial discipline.
- Chartered status with RICS (MRICS) or equivalent international professional bodies is highly preferred.
