Lead Strategic Discovery & Technical Architecture: Lead technical requirements gathering and discovery sessions with Director- and VP-level client executives, translating complex revenue and incentive compensation workflows into scalable AI solution designs.

- Shape Core AI Product Roadmap: Serve as a primary technical feedback loop to Xactly’s Product and Engineering teams, translating field requirements and deployment insights into actionable product enhancements.

- Orchestrate & Integrate Complex Data: Build and manage enterprise data integration pipelines using advanced SQL development, REST APIs, webhooks, and relational database management systems (RDBMS).

Troubleshoot & Optimize AI Performance: Resolve high-complexity technical hurdles, optimize model responses, and ensure enterprise-grade security, performance, and scalability across all live customer implementations.
Must-Have Skills
- Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field with 2+ years of hands-on technical experience in AI/ML Engineering, Technical Solutions Architecture, or Technology Consulting in enterprise SaaS.
