Job Description
Strong strategic, commercial, and technical capability to help drive enterprise AI transformation.
The individual must be able to move seamlessly between executive discussions and hands-on delivery, translating strategic objectives into practical AI initiatives that generate measurable impact
Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory
- Partner closely with the executive leadership on AI priorities.
- Assess organizational challenges and identify areas where AI can improve performance, efficiency, service quality, or growth.
- Develop enterprise AI roadmaps and transformation plans.
- Provide market insight on emerging AI capabilities and relevant use cases.
• Opportunity Identification & Business Value Creation
- Evaluate use cases across corporate functions, operations, customer services, analytics, and productivity.
- Prioritize opportunities based on value, feasibility, speed, and readiness.
- Build business cases with expected ROI, cost, risk, and implementation requirements.
• Solution Design & Architecture
- Lead end-to-end design of AI solutions including data, models, workflows, governance, and integrations.
- Architect solutions using cloud, hybrid, or on-premise environments.
- Design GenAI, copilots, RAG, workflow automation, and agent-based solutions.
- Recommend suitable technologies and vendors based on business requirements.
- Delivery Leadership
- Convert approved initiatives into structured execution plans.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee pilots, proofs of concept, production deployments, and scaling.
- Track progress, resolve blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.
• Governance & Capability Building
- Support responsible AI adoption, controls, security, and risk management.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and value-tracking mechanisms.
- Build internal awareness and capability through workshops and leadership sessions
Qualifications
- 7+ years in AI, digital transformation, consulting, or enterprise technology leadership.
- Strong recent experience in AI, GenAI, analytics, or automation programs.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with senior executives.
- Proven record delivering strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments. Technical Capability
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, copilots, AI agents, analytics, and automation.
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, GCP, NVIDIA ecosystem, and modern AI platforms.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, integrations, APIs, data platforms, and security.
